These considerations will enable us to accurately and swiftly respond to your needs and provide you with recommendation (proposal) for high quality cast piece at a reasonable price.For new customers- Please provide product application and intended usage of the cast piece
- Please provide details for post-production process e.g. will the finished investment casting product be processed through other technology such as machining, surface finishing etc.
- Please provide material requirements or please let us know if you need material recommendation
- Do you require technical support or recommendation for product design?
- Do you require special tolerance control? What are your tolerance level requirements and/or critical dimensions that require specific control?
- Do you require special surface control?
For customers with existing investment casting production- Please provide sample investment casting work (if you have one)
